Sevana Dominguez is the founder of Hera & Grace Care Management LLC, a private-pay guardianship, conservatorship, and care management company serving clients throughout Iowa. With over 16 years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, behavioral support, and disability services, Sevana provides hands-on advocacy and individualized support for vulnerable adults, elderly individuals, and those with mental health or developmental disabilities. Hera & Grace focuses on client dignity, communication, safety, and personalized attention for every client served.
